Accessible Web Site Design for UK Businesses
A web designer, van life wannabe, food lover and freelancer who's trying to make the internet a more inclusive space.
How nice does that sound?
I transform dated websites that are no longer fit for purpose, and make them stand out with thoughtful and bold designs that all of your customers can use.

My Mission
To spread the word about accessibility, so no businesses are caught unaware, and unsure what to do. Making your website more accessible isn't difficult, it just takes a few extra steps.
The mission is simple. To give business owners and designers the tools, advice and services they need to make their corner of the internet more inclusive.
The best bit? Your website can still shine with personality. Accessible doesn't mean boring.
My Why
Web Accessibility has been the core of my business from the word go.
With a visually impaired sister, I'm used to helping her find what she needs. Whether that's reading out a menu, telling her what aisle she's looking for in the shop, spotting her glasses or navigating a website she's trying to use.
Yes it's personal, but it also makes great business sense. My clients will never lose a lead because they have a pretty website, that some potential clients can't read or struggle to navigate.
Where Accessibility meets Design
1 in 5 adults have a disability in the UK. Online, there are four main barriers that people with a disability face when using the internet. Those are:
- Low Contrast
- Missing Alt Tags for images
- Empty Links
- Missing form labels
Overlooking these elements is what causes more than 80% of new websites to fall short of accessibility standards.
Meaning the companies I work with have a huge advantage over their competitors, as their new sites not only look great but they’re designed and developed to be as user friendly as possible for all potential customers.
